Acre Growth is Nate's personal practice for advertising, websites, and business workflows. These terms explain use of the public website and the service information presented here.

A client proposal or written agreement sets the terms for paid work. If it differs from a general description on this website, the agreed project terms govern that work.

The current services are:

• Acre ads — $500 / month. Advertising spend is separate. Advertising spend is paid by the client directly to Meta.
• Website upkeep — $99 / month. $0 setup fee. A custom Shopify store or website redesign, with ongoing upkeep within the agreed scope.
• Tailored workflows — Scoped to you. Not a fixed package. Scope and pricing are agreed for the individual business.

Descriptions on this website are a starting point for a conversation. Confirm deliverables, revisions, timing, access requirements, third-party costs, payment arrangements, and cancellation terms in your agreement before work begins.

Submitting the contact form does not purchase a service, reserve a start date, or create a payment obligation. It gives Nate the details needed to discuss what you want to build.

A saved inquiry confirms that the website received your information. It does not mean a project has been accepted or that a particular response time is guaranteed.

Projects depend on accurate business information, approved materials, and appropriate access to the accounts involved. Only provide content and account access you are authorized to share. Keep passwords and payment details out of the public contact form.

Ownership of project deliverables, licensing, support, and handover arrangements belong in the client agreement. The website does not add a minimum commitment or cancellation policy to that agreement.

Creative concepts and example workflows show possible approaches. An offer shown inside an illustrative ad is not an offer from Acre or a live promotion unless it is clearly identified as one.

Campaign performance and business results vary. Figures shown on the website should be read with their accompanying context and limitations. They do not guarantee leads, revenue, growth, or a particular return.

Services may involve platforms such as Meta, Shopify, or other tools agreed for your project. Those platforms have their own terms, fees, policies, and availability. Acre does not control their decisions or service interruptions.

Client features depend on the setup and access arranged for your project. A feature described on this website is not a promise that every account or integration is already enabled.

Use this website for lawful inquiries and authorized client work. Do not attempt to access another client's information, interfere with the site, submit malicious files, or use the forms for spam.

The privacy notice explains how information submitted through the website and available client tools is handled.

Service descriptions and these website terms may be updated as Acre develops. The date at the top identifies the current version. An update to this page does not by itself change an existing client agreement. Contact Nate if anything here needs explaining.
