Acre Growth / Privacy policy
Privacy, explained.
A clear look at the information you share with Acre, why it is used, and how to ask about it.
Who this covers
Acre Growth is Nate's personal practice for ads, websites, and business workflows. This notice covers information collected through this website and Acre's client tools when those tools are available.
Client websites, advertising platforms, and other services may have their own privacy notices. This notice does not replace those notices.
What you share
The contact form collects your name, email address, business name, optional website address, and the message you choose to send. It also records a submission identifier and timestamp. Please leave passwords, payment details, and sensitive personal information out of your message.
Where client tools are enabled, Acre may also store account details, campaign records, leads supplied for that client, messages, uploaded files, and project activity.
The site uses a hashed version of the submitting IP address to limit repeated form submissions. Hosting services may process IP addresses, browser information, request times, and error logs to deliver and protect the site.
Why it is used
Information you send helps Nate understand your business, respond to your inquiry, discuss a project, and carry out agreed work. Client records support campaign reporting, communication, and follow-up.
Technical information helps keep the website running, investigate errors, prevent duplicate submissions and spam, and protect account access. Contact submissions are saved in Acre's database. A saved submission does not necessarily mean an email notification was delivered.
Who helps run the site
Acre uses Vercel for hosting and Supabase for its database. These providers process information needed to operate their services. The database is configured in a U.S. region; hosting may involve infrastructure in other locations.
Inquiries are not displayed publicly. Authorized Acre administrators can access inquiry and client records. Client tools restrict access by account and client membership. Advertising leads supplied for a client may be available to that client as part of the agreed service.
If email delivery or client AI tools are enabled, their providers may process the messages, questions, and relevant client records needed for those features. The public contact form does not send its submissions to an AI model. Avoid including sensitive information in AI questions or client notes.
Storage and security
Acre uses HTTPS and account access controls to help protect information. No website or storage system can guarantee complete security.
Inquiry records remain stored until removed; the form does not apply a fixed automatic expiry. Client records may also be needed for ongoing work, recordkeeping, or legal obligations. You can ask Nate to review or remove information you have supplied.
Your questions and choices
You can browse the public website without submitting a form. To ask about information you have shared, request a correction, or request deletion, email Nate at nate@acregrowthservices.com or use the website contact form. If you use the form for a privacy request, you can enter “Privacy request” in the business field.
Please describe your request without sending sensitive documents. Acre may need to verify that the information relates to you before taking action. Available rights and any limits on a request depend on applicable law.
When this page changes
Updates to this notice will appear on this page with a revised date. Review it when you use a new Acre feature or want to check the current information practices.
